We hope you are having a great summer so far. If you are anywhere in the south, you know it's bloody hot! it's 98 Fahrenheit outside as I write this with a "feels like" index of 110! That's stupid hot with 100% humidity. Please guys and girls on the street, hydrate, hydrate hydrate. Many years ago during a training evolution in the summer, I neglected to hydrate and became a heat casualty. You'll know it's happening to you because you stop sweating, get a massive headache and feel really sick. So, hydrate! Besides it will totally screw up the rest of your day.
